  2. Visualize the types of activities you'd love to do


  3. Visualize who you'd like to have in your support system


  4. Visualize how you'd like to feel, believe, be

Now, that you know the essential answers to your questions, start researching possibilities in your home area or on the internet.

Visit these locations and find out what they have to offer. Keep going until you have the right people, the right place, the right things and the right attitude.

You'll notice in time, that the energy drainers you once had in your life will be drained away like ENO, gone, vanished from your life forever. The law of attraction is a powerful one and one that I'm just starting to recognize. Simply stated, it suggests that you focus on things you want, not things you do not want. Add positive thinking, positive belief to the pot and you will attract what you desire. Some of the things you can do right now:

  • Write positive affirmations and review as often as you can


  • Make changes as required to your affirmations and intentions.


  • Add just one thing to your routine to move you to a step closer towards your dreams.


  • Keep going until you are exactly where you want to be.
